  • Access between sessions to work through something specific

structure:

meet me at recess: Explore ideas, try experiments, and ignite small rebellions.

  • sessions last anywhere from 30 to 90 minutes, depending on where you are and what you need. After each, you’ll receive a summary of insights and suggested reflections or experiments.

    Sessions in NYC are hosted at the Wondering Forward studio in Nolita. All remote sessions are held via Google Meet.

  • Coaching empowers people to create solutions and action plans for the future. Therapy often focuses on healing the past.

  • Invoices are sent at the end of each month. Adjustments to this cadence or payment plans can be discussed and agreed to on a case-by-case basis.

  • Participants are encouraged to seek pre-approval and full or partial reimbursement for wondering forward services. 70% of people who participate in a coaching program benefit from improved performance, relationships, and more effective communication at work.
